| Hydrangea
"Endless Summer" |
Imagine
a summer without shimmering coulours of
pinks and blues with an abundance of blooms
embellishing your garden and your household.
Constant blooming is what you would obtain
by acquiring Hydrangea "Endless Summer",
the first of its kind to bloom on both old
and new growth, a peculiar habit typical
to this plant. This plant is likely to play
an important role in futur landscapes with
great possibilities of becoming undoubtedly
a classic for horticulurists and gardeners
alike. Within the first year, this plant
will produce huge heads of blooms with a
span of eight inches, starting from June
until early frosts. In acidic soil the blooms
will be blue and in alkaline soils the blooms
will be pink.
To increase blooming it is recommanded to
cut back the shrub to half the size as soon
as leaf buds appear and throughout the season
to cut back wilted dried blooms. In order
to feast your eyes throughout the year,
you may also use as dry cut flowers. This
shrub with its dark green foliage will reach
thirty-two inches in height and span, will
also provide constant blooming throughout
the season. This hydrangea has a great resistance
in winter for zone 4 and is much more resistant
to mildew in comparison to any other macrophyllas.
For a successful landscape, one must include
it in plant-beds with perennials and annuals.
Not too forget to include coco mulch for
a beautiful colour contrast and protection
against evaporation.

Summer Wine™ |
Introducing
a new plant that will surely seduce you
by its grace and beauty. This charming shrub
allies its finely textured leaves along
with its compact dwarf habit equivalent
to Physocarpus « Nanum »
with the deep foliage coloration of the
" Diabolo". In June, it offers
us spectacular pinkish white blooms which
contrast marvellously the deep dented maroon
leaves. Full sun is a prerequisite in order
to keep the deep maroon coloration throughout
the season. Perfectly fitted for small gardens
and landscapes. Its dwarf equidistant size
of four feet can easily enhance other vegetation
of green or goldish foliage.
